At this exact moment on the wedding day, our focus took us to these guests who were elated about the dainty flower girl making her way up the aisle. This was a moment to capture and we did. Many years ago I remember sharing with a young intern, just how important it was to ensure that we told the entire story on the wedding day. Bride and groom, family, guests, decor, food, etc. Our clients invest in our skills, expertise, and knowledge to present to them the best story of their special day. The importance of this can never be overstated. After all is said and done, the cake is eaten, the decorations come down, the wedding guests go home, all the couple have are the memories documented by their service provider of choice. Choosing a wedding service provider for photos and videos is no simple task. It should involve research, referrals and most importantly time should be taken to google for reviews, ask for contracts and be very clear on the expectations for their special day. It would be such a tragedy to have invested in preparing for a beautiful day only to have dreams dashed by not having the story thoroughly documented.

This lovely couple met years ago at college and forged a friendship which turned into courtship with was sealed with marriage vows. These are words that our clients have heard on countless occasions. This shoot was no different. The shoot was scheduled on the 7th Wedding Anniversary of our client, a day advised by the MET Office to be one that could see a yellow level adverse weather alert. We were adamant that the story would be told despite the possibility of rain. We predicted that the weather would hold up for our shoot. It did.....the afternoon was well spent outdoors with some 4 legged company....the couple had a treat...we had a treat...Story told!!!

It is no secret that planning a wedding is very time consuming and extremely challenging on resources, family and most certainly the bride and groom. Of course it doesn't, but choosing the right service providers is definitely a step in the right direction. You want your decor, your cake, your dress, your music and of course your photos/video to win. The reality is, the latter is what remains after the event has passed. We always recommend to our prospective clients that they do proper research. Seek recommendations from trustworthy persons, check reviews, length of time in the industry, availability and contents of contract, payment terms and most definitely be wary of selecting vendors based on an unbelievably sweet deal/price or an unrealistic discount.
